The conference officers are a vital part of each conference. Delegates may contact their advisors and utilize the candidate nomination form to apply to be on the ballot for the conference election. Each position is placed on the ballot and every delegate in the conference is allowed to vote for the candidates. Candidates are elected by popular vote majority.
