Ryan Turner has graciously donated his services to create a comprehensive upload service for all of your conference needs. The system is still being tweaked, so if you encounter any problems, politely let him know, and he will be able to help you sort through your issues. You will need to register an account to access the upload system, more information can be found by following the links below. If you suddenly notice a change to the system, or something isn't working, check the programming blog to see detailed descriptions of all updates.
